The newly renovated Center for Creativity in Fort Collins will be hosting an eclectic exhibit of work by the group ‘Practice What You Teach’ which currently comprises 27 area Art Teachers. The show, titled “Art Intersect”, runs from Nov. 27 through Dec. 8 with a Holiday Art Sale and Reception from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on Sat. 11/30 and a First Friday Reception from 6:30 - 9:30 PM on Fri. 12/6.
Formed in 2018, ‘Practice What You Teach’ is an informal collective of current and former Art Instructors from the Thompson School District and northern Colorado. Participants work in a wide variety of styles, subjects, and materials including mixed media, painting, ceramics, jewelry, photography, sculpture and drawing. This will be their 5th group exhibit and their 3rd at the Center. The Center for Creativity is located at 200 Mathews Street in Fort Collins. The Gallery is free and open to the public from Noon until 6:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday. The Center will be closed on Thanksgiving.
